• Your company is a registered business
• Your company will have been established for less than 10 years as of 30 Nov 2025.
• Your company is built on innovations in Digital Health Tech, FinTech, or GreenTech.
• Your company has strong intention to expand research & development (R&D) and business operation functions to Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area in mainland China.

The judges evaluate the applications based on several key criteria to identify the most promising startups. Here's what they look at:

1. This application takes about 15 minutes to complete.
2. You must complete the application in one session.
3. Please have these documents handy:
   • Artwork files of your company logo
   • Introductory materials about your company, demonstrating the impact you have made
